Marmalade

The marmalade in the pan

Mmmmm. Marmalade.

Take some Oranges (Seville), some sugar (preserving) and some water (from the tap), peel, chop, juice, simmer, add sugar, boil and then, in theory, marmalade.

Testing: The taste is good, but the consistency is looking like it'll be concrete in the morning. We boiled for too long. Too long, I tell you...
