Something approaching a weblog

Spluttering back to life

So, where were we?

Oh yeah, Easter. The first Easter at a new church is always interesting - the variation in what's on offer and how it's approached can be enormous. For the first time (ever, I think), there were things happening on all three days of the Triduum (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday) and I made it to all of them... At previous churches, there either haven't been things happening, or I've managed to miss something. I'll write about Easter in a bit, I think.

Tom, while there's no denying that I'm a typographic snob, I should point out that I do like the new design, and my objections to your choice of type were based on a misunderstanding of your design intention more than anything else. So ner. I especially like the way that the comments form is articulated. In fact, it just makes me think that I should get around to redesigning this pile of junk.

As far as what else is happening around here goes, there's a whole bunch of work stuff going on, some of which I should be able to talk about here. There's also a lot of other faith-related stuff that I want to begin to write about, partly explanation, partly exploratory, but definitely no hectoring (should you be worried about such things).

Not forgetting:
