Marmalade, post pan

That was the finished Marmalade yesterday morning. We don't know what it's like, but a jar has been despatched to a test subject and he's meant to be having some on his toast right now. 750g Oranges + half a tonne of Sugar and Water = 2kg of marmalade, not a bad exchange in my book.

Of course, they might just be jars of see-through orange concrete (with bits in). We just don't know at this stage.
